  • Phone Number

  • Where the animal is located (city)

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A picture of the animal (if available)​

• Please do not attempt to feed or give water to wild animals. If it is safe to do so, place the animal in a secure, breathable container and keep it away from people and pets.

• If you are needing a snake relocated, please also provide the reason for the relocation request.
